2009 CCATA Annual Merit Award
Each year, CCATA presents an Award of Merit to individuals or groups for their outstanding contribution in the area of auto theft investigation and/or prevention.
For 2009, the award was presented to Rick Linden of the University of Manitoba in recognition of his dedication and efforts in combating Auto Theft in Winnipeg.
